IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
To the extent we need to transfer your Personal Data outside the territory of Indonesia (e.g., to a cloud service provider or affiliate in another country), we will ensure that the recipient country has a level of personal data protection equivalent to or higher than the PDP Law, or we will implement adequate protection mechanisms (such as contractual clauses) and/or obtain your consent, as required by the PDP Law.
V. INFORMATION SECURITY & DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, firewalls, controlled access, and encryption technology. No transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
In accordance with Article 46 of the PDP Law, in the event of a personal data protection failure (e.g., a breach incident, unauthorized access, or loss of Personal Data) that affects you, we are required to provide written notice to you no later than 3 x 24 (three times twenty-four) hours from the time we become aware of the incident, via the last email address you provided to us.
Such notice will contain, at a minimum: what personal data was disclosed, when and how the incident occurred, and the remedial steps taken/to be taken by us. In certain circumstances, we are also required to provide notice to the competent supervisory authority and/or to the public as required by the PDP Law.
VI. YOUR CHOICES
If you register as a member, you have access to an account section containing your registration information, which you may update or correct at any time. You may also delete your membership account entirely, although we may retain certain information in limited circumstances — for example, to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our Terms of Use — for a reasonable retention period as required by law.
